This volunteer-led non-profit fosters community connection through placemaking café activities and collaborative neighborhood projects. A highlight initiative is the Little Library Boxes program, where neighbors design and launch unique book-sharing boxes as creative gathering points. The project produces pictures, Little Library boxes, geographic data of library boxes, and a digital map of Little Library Boxes, showcasing community creativity and participation. Through blogs, media, and festivals, this grassroots network transforms local contributions into shared knowledge, strengthening belonging across Greater Victoria.
